New Business • Managing sales cycle from lead to close. • Engaging in fact finding and assisting in product demonstrations of solutions to prospects, encouraging their selection of the software for their business by tailoring presentations to their specific needs. • Representing Kick ICT as the best partner to provide the software and services due to the competitive marketplace. • Preparing comprehensive proposals, responses to tender and quotations, including sourcing and providing accurate pricing from all providers. • Working with key staff members internally and at prospect to ensure all information required is provided. • Following up and maintaining momentum in all open opportunities to increase chances of successful sale. • Successfully closing several new Microsoft Dynamics deals. Account management • Establishing and managing positive customer relationships, supporting the software needs of the customer through their business journey, dealing with customer issues. • Successfully working to maintain renewal levels for all accounts. • Successfully upselling addons, development, upgrades etc. to customers, to enhance and extend the life their software solutions and to ensure that solutions are fit for the everchanging requirements of clients. Sales admin • Processing all orders via Microsoft and third-party ordering facilities and internally. • Issuing and managing licences for all supplied software products. • Updating and maintaining CRM records. Partnerships • Maintaining and establishing partnerships with third party addon suppliers within the Microsoft Dynamics environment that benefit the needs of customer base.
