As Director, Business Development I am responsible for growing sales with RIAs, Employee Benefits firms, large P&C agencies and broker-dealers for Crump sales channels nationwide. I identify strategic relationships and develop solutions with Crump sales leadership to help insurance, financial planning and employee benefits firms fortify their client base. We offer an insurance partnership that gives firms the opportunity to create additional \"stickiness\" or client retention with additional product lines, as well as a creating additional sources of revenue. I develop flexible platforms that can include: Back Office wholesaling support, Point of Sale \"Trusted Partner\" programs and Direct to Client referral services. I support the marketing, on-boarding and continuous engagement with the firms we partner with and monitor progress to ensure expectations are met.
