   Oversee the development of all federally focused and commercial courses including instructor led training and on-line/virtual delivery. Manage designers’ curriculum development efforts and course maintenance processes. Oversee planning, shaping, and refinement of curriculum based on intelligence gathered in strategic planning efforts. Monitor progress of strategic planning and implementation efforts and work with staff to ensure steady progress. Monitor subject matter and instructional issues associated with curriculum to ensure alignment with business strategy. Track specific emerging issues and opportunities,facilitate discussion, and research and evaluate potential responses/initiatives. Keep division staff and contract instructors informed of relevant policies, procedures, instructional strategies, and emerging business concerns, as appropriate. Consult with staff on contract solicitations and other business opportunities. Analyze client needs and recommend courses of action; work with division staff to formulate and propose solutions. Establish and monitor project budgets, report financial status to executive team and ensure each project completes on time and within budget. Maintain client relationships and evaluate additional business opportunities.
