I am interested in how humans navigate change, especially during periods when familiar ways of living no longer fit.My work explores how meaning, clarity, and direction begin to take shape when we allow ourselves to pause, listen, and respond to what is unfolding rather than forcing immediate answers.I am the founder of Spiral Way Hearth, a space devoted to understanding cycles of growth and transformation. This work draws from lived experience, reflection, and attention to patterns that emerge as we move through uncertainty, loss, creativity, and renewal.Again and again, I see that thoughtful change rarely begins with force.
