Defining new position created for me as our innovative firm moves toward more software-based solutions for our customers. Writing installation manuals, including helping to perform the installations for accuracy and potential troubleshooting. Was able to achieve firm\'s years-long goal to create end-user operations videos and sprint to source appropriate Learning Management System (LMS) to house them. Wrote scripts, designed layout, created all graphics, performed all filming and video editing (Premiere Rush initially) and narration to bring videos to life. Continue building video library and documented all parameters for easier, consistent replication in future. Started writing software specifications, utilizing JSON for script-writing. As a non-programmer, also learning aspects of Unix/Linux and learning about other programs and platforms to better assist in software testing, debugging, and some software functions so programming team can focus on their unique skills. Assist marketing in writing blog posts, press releases, proofreading marketing materials, with plans to assist customer service in becoming familiar with new product line at a user level. I review the success of training materials with end-users at customer job sites, and consider benefits based on role of the reader (C-suite, operations supervisor, battery room attendant, etc.) Looking to develop or assist in knowledge base management, and bring more resources to agile company model. Every day is exciting and allows me to fulfill my mission of lifelong learning and teaching.
