About Eileen Hill

I have a passion for tax and accounting and am an entrepreneur at heart with a wealth of business experience. I not only analyze and compile financial and tax data, I think of ways to grow a business, save costs and design efficient operations utilizing technology. My passion for this field shows in my work. I have vast experience including the preparation of 10-Ks, 10-Qs, Annual Reports, managing credit facilities, co-managing an IPO, secondary offerings and many bond offerings, establishing internal controls, SOX compliance and managing multiple departments. I have excellent knowledge of tax, GAAP and IFRS. I genuinely enjoy the intellectual growth that comes with solving accounting and tax issues. Accounting and tax is like a puzzle to solve and that is why I enjoy this work. I have a strong desire for technical growth, the enjoyment of discovery, and the ability to demonstrate value in the work I do. I continually seek new challenges, value effort, and persist in the face of obstacles. What I enjoy the most is solving problems and providing solutions. I am not looking for a job. I\'m looking for a place where I can help a business succeed and grow. Previously served on the Board of Directors of the Child Care Resource Center, a private, not-for-profit agency in Chatsworth, California. Also previously chaired the Tobacco Settlement Program Finance Oversight Committee for the County of Ventura.Graduate of the Leadership Development Program (LDP), Center for Creative Leadership.Member of the National Association of Professional Women.Specialties: ASC 740 (formerly FAS109) and FIN 48, Everything Tax and Accounting related.
