About Eileen Chen
Hi! My name is Eileen Chen! I am a Sophomore at the University of Maryland\'s Smith School of Business, pursuing a double major in Finance and Information Systems. I am part of the College Park Scholars: Public Leadership Program, where I serve as my cohort\'s Scholars Advisory Board Representative. Additionally, I am also involved in the QUEST honors program and part of the inaugural class for the Smith Business Leadership Fellows (SBLF). Beyond academics, I hold leadership roles as the President of both the Women in Business Association (WBA) and Alpha Kappa Psi (AKPsi) at Smith. In the professional realm, I serve as the Project Management Lead at the Center for Social Value Creation and the Product Management Intern for the Dean’s Office of Experiential Learning. I am passionate about the intersection between my finance and information systems knowledge with real-world leadership experiences.
