Lead end-to-end ADA accommodation case management for U.S. employees• Conduct interactive dialogue and communicate decisions to employees and leadership• Partner with Legal, HR, senior leaders, and third-party vendors on accommodation strategy• Provide consultation to operational leadership on risk, compliance, and resolution pathways• Monitor accommodation effectiveness and partner with leaders on long-term planning• Act as strategic advisor to management on employee relations and workplace communication• Liaise among HRIS, Payroll, Leave Management, and Workers’ Comp functions
