Responsible for educating the end user, architect/ designer in working with the Nora product line and understanding the benefits of the the rubber products in each environment specified.Territory is Southern Jersey to Cape May the State of Delaware and Pennsylvania up to State College.Well rounded background for all market segments. Territory strongest for Health care and my strengths are at value engineering large projects with the Nora rubber products. Also educating the end user in the long term dollar savings in maintenance with the Nora product line. One of my specialties is helping clients work on some of the perceptions of their market s - ex. some hospitals only want sheet goods welded when it is not necessary and cost more my job is to help them see how it can be done without it and save them money. In labs and drug manufacturing epoxies are what most facilities are using because that is historically what they have used however they can use some of Nora products and I can show them how.I also work on educating the benefits of Nora against other materials too with charts showing test results to support this information against VCT, Sheet Vinyl and linoleum\'s.In addition to material support for life cycle cost, static load, bacteria benefits of Nora and chemical stain resistance I also arrange tours of existing facilities with reference list to call too.I helped develop the clean room drug manufacturing market for Nora in 2008 as well and plan to expand this market in the future years to come as well as the Bio Pharmaceutical Industry.
