My work today sits at the intersection of people, process, and problem solving. With a background in Computer Science and Engineering and an MBA in HR and Business Analytics, my approach to Human Resources has always been both structured and human.In my current role as a Talent Acquisition Partner, I handle a little bit of everything. This includes working closely with India and UK teams, coordinating end to end hiring, aligning with stakeholders, and supporting candidates through each stage of the process. A large part of my work focuses on ensuring communication is clear, expectations are realistic, and people feel supported, especially during uncertain moments.I naturally gravitate toward roles where collaboration, ownership, and trust matter. Whether it involves stepping in to solve hiring challenges, improving candidate experience, or being dependable for my team, the focus remains on doing the work thoughtfully and with care.Outside of work, I write poetry. Creativity allows space for reflection and emotional awareness, and it quietly shapes how I listen, communicate, and show up in my role within Human Resources.
