About Eileen Whelan
As a current graduate student of Weissman School of Arts and Sciences at Baruch College, I am pursuing my Master of Science (MS) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Through this program, I look forward to deepening my understanding of human behavior in the workplace in order to improve employee performance, well-being, and overall workplace dynamics. As a hardworking individual, I am looking to use my skillset of critical thinking, leadership, and collaboration to contribute to creative initiatives within the Human Resources industry. With a problem-solving mindset, I am confident I can bring success to any project I am tasked with.
