About Eileen Dorfman
I\'ve spent 8 years of legal practice steeped in the world of insurance litigation. From my first job out of law school as a staff attorney in state trial court; to private practice at a storied Wisconsin defense firm; to my current role in litigation management for a national carrier, I\'ve acquired diverse experience as both a provider and consumer of legal services. It\'s been my great fortune to learn from some of the best judges, lawyers, and insurance professionals in Wisconsin and beyond. Working in claims litigation management at CapSpecialty allows me the joy of collaborating with incredible panel counsel from across the country to diligently protect our insureds\' interests, while fairly resolving claims.(I may be biased, but I also happen to think we have the most amazing, talented team of claims professionals.) In my heart of hearts, I will always be a coverage nerd. I love words. I love language. And that\'s what drew me into insurance in the first place. When the business/busy-ness of claims can sometimes get a little overwhelming, it\'s a balm to the spirit to head over to LinkedIn and read all about the latest affront that\'s got the coverage lawyers riled.(🤫.
