Replaced a legacy 3-script Dell OME hardware alerting pipeline with a FastAPI backend, improving alert visibility, maintainability, and reliability. Migrated alert transport from SNMP over UDP to TCP-based communication, enabling improved security, structured validation, logging, storage, and forwarding to ServiceNow. Implemented Loguru for logging with rotation and a SQLite backend to persist alerts to support Grafana dashboards. Built and tested realistic alert payloads to validate UCODE routing and ticket generation with the ServiceNow team. Delivered in Agile sprints, participating in daily standups, and deploying via GitLab CI/CD.
