What I love about product is the ability to solve everyday problems — making processes more efficient and user-friendly. I’ve scaled early-stage products by launching solutions such as a user management system for 2M+ users, authentication optimizations, and secure identity management tools.I advocate for delivering value and keeping a customer-centric focus, while teaming up with all stakeholders throughout the entire process. My dedication to both product and team well-being is something I take pride in and I believe in fostering a supportive and collaborative environment where innovation flourishes.As a Product Manager at Apptegy, I led data-driven strategic plans to enhance web and mobile login features, developed Multi-Factor Authentication to ensure client compliance and prevent churn. I also optimized platform functionality to retain and secure contracts while addressing the needs of larger school districts requiring authentication integrations expanding platform accessibility.I have had the privilege of learning from entrepreneurs across industries about how to transform new concepts into market-ready products. From research and design to development and iteration, I stay motivated by the challenge of questioning how things work and how they could work better.Now, my latest interest has evolved into leveraging data and AI to enrich product strategies. With the increasing availability of data, I’m eager to work with teams that can harness AI to create meaningful, inclusive solutions.Outside of work, I’m currently obsessed with Pinterest finding inspiration to renovate my 1940’s home. I’m also passionate about giving back to the community and helping the most vulnerable, volunteering for animal rescue organizations and the Make-A-Wish foundation!
