As the Program Director, I lead the design and implementation of programming at Health Justice Initiative, a legal nonprofit committed to reducing health disparities by offering free or low-cost legal services to underserved New Yorkers. I oversee community-driven initiatives aimed at advancing health equity through legal advocacy. I manage partnerships with grassroots organizations, healthcare providers, and city agencies. I also supervise and mentor a team of interns and volunteers, and collaborate closely with legal and medical professionals to expand access to care and push for systemic change. I also lead our communications efforts, manage social media, and design outreach materials to help share our mission, increase engagement, and strengthen our impact.
