It’s an incredibly exciting time to be building high-performance FinTech solutions, and I’m currently leveraging my expertise in scalable microservices and Java technologies to contribute to Plebicom’s innovative e-business platforms. Plebicom is a leader in advantage programs, driving high-impact performance marketing and loyalty solutions across Europe.My key responsibilities include:• Engineering Scalable FinTech Solutions: Applying my knowledge of Java/Spring Boot and microservices architecture to develop robust components for Plebicom’s proprietary platform, eBuyClub, and its suite of 50 active advantage programs.• Driving Loyalty and Monetization: Developing high-throughput, secure REST APIs specifically tailored to integrate with major sectors (Banking, Assurance, Fintech). This work is focused on creating new generation advantage programs designed to boost payment method utilization and strengthen client loyalty programs.• Performance and Integration: Building core platform integrations that enable over partner merchants (both online and in-store) to participate efficiently in CashBack programs, supporting a performance model that guarantees ROI for partners.• Massive Scale Deployment: Implementing system enhancements to support the network’s extensive diffusion of offers to 15 million active e-shoppers across 9 countries, ensuring high availability and reliability (a core focus given my background in system uptime and SLAs).• Financial Impact: Directly contributing to the underlying technical systems that facilitate performance-based acquisition and fidelization solutions, which collectively generate over €400 million in annual turnover for Plebicom\'s partners
