About Eibhilin McCloskey

I have experience working in multiple different fields of work. For over a year, I have obtained extensive customer service and communication experience while working as a waitress. Working as a waitress has given me the opportunity to learn how to work well in extremely fast paced and high pressure situations. I have also expanded on my customer service skills by being a cashier at a local restaurant. This entails being patient with customers both in person and on phone calls as well as being very efficient and time aware. Currently, I am an Advancement Operation Assistant. This job requires many skills and abilities that are necessary for any office job. It involves working with computer data bases and knowing how to enter donor information and data. Also, one must be adaptable as one must complete many different jobs within the office depending on circumstances surrounding the days work. The different jobs have given me a well rounded skill set.
