About Ehud Paz
I’m a leader of multidisciplinary teams that create digital products, services and media powered by technology and human insights.My passion is to inspire teams of people from different backgrounds and perspectives with humility, humor and outside-in thinking.Across my career, I’ve led teams to launch products, services and new ventures for millions of people across industries including financial services, life sciences, consumer packaged goods, and retail.So much of my work has been to help organizations reimagine something and then make it real.I have driven digital transformation & CX initiatives that reshaped organizations, processes, talent strategies and capability investments. I worked to reimagine the future of work, leading research that informed state programs and global pilots. I helped design educational programs to scale design and strategy methods to thousands of students, managers and senior executives. As a little kid, I couldn’t stand still—I had to keep moving. It’s been the same in my career. I am not one for “growing up.” I believe in “growing out.”I was an admin, a comic, a salesperson, an analyst, a marketer, a researcher, a service designer, and a strategist across different industries. I have been lucky to work with people from all over the world.I look forward to the next thing to reimagine and the people I get to know and learn from along the way.
