Provided BAU IT support for manufacturing lines on site which consisted of network/hardware/software issues. Liaised with different teams across sites to get issues resolved.• Engaged with key stakeholders as needed through projects and separation activities, ensuring project deliverables were met in a timely manner.• Escalated critical and high risks to project manager that were identified throughout the project for timely mitigation • Supported the onsite lab team in the upgrade of their PC’s. Worked closely with vendors to ensure software was working as expected.• Provided project and technical support for company separation activities including cutover of local manufacturing applications, network cutover, server migration, phone system and devices upgrades.• Provided support in the deployment and configuration of network equipment including IDS, routers, switches and servers. This includes racking XDome’s, SRA’s, Garlands and the patching of fibre cables to different switches across the site for Claroty application.• Reviewed network architecture diagrams to implement network segmentation between IT and OT and ensured that devices are in correct VLANs. Raised change requests in order to set up firewall rules between different VLANs• Produced and executed UAT documentation as part of deployment• Worked closely with site IT business partner, site IT deliver lead and site IT service Lead to resolve day to day issues as they arise.• Attended regular project / deployment review meetings also daily team briefing / meetings• Delivered task assigned within the project in line with Site Tech Roadmap• Produced project documentation suitable for a highly regulated (GxP/GMP) manufacturing environment and in-line with policies, SOP’s and guidelines • Liaised with other roles within and outside the site IT organisation, to ensure the provision of an effective IT support service to site
