Ehsan oversees technical issues resolution to ensure a satisfactory outcome for the project and contributes to both the design and construction compliance teams involving Tunnels, Structures, Shoring, geotechnical, GIMP, civil, utilities, schedule, commercial and costing, in a Joint-Venture and multi-disciplinary environment- Providing engineering support for tunneling, underground stations, and systems during design and construction- Acted as primary technical liaison between contractors (Strabag and STC) and client (Metrolinx)- Provided engineering input for claims and dispute resolution- Managed technical interfaces across tunneling, stations, and disciplines including Structural, Systems, track, CAD/BIM, and geotechnical- Attended construction meetings and site inspections to resolve technical issues and mitigate risks- Responded to RFIs, NCRs, Variations, Claims, and Change Requests, ensuring timely and accurate technical resolutions- Maintained design intent, supported constructability reviews, and facilitated design clarifications and optimizations- Reviewed contractor submittals for compliance with contract requirements- Supported design change management, including technical assessments and input on cost/schedule impacts- Collaborated with safety, quality, and environmental teams to ensure compliance with project standards.
