Microsoft business and enterprise application consultant with some product management responsibilities for developing Quality and Compliance Management solution for pharma, medical device and cannabis industry.Previously, a startup consultant for commercialization of new technologies. Worked at a tech incubator in the GTA area called Research Innovation Commercialization (RIC) Centre, a member of the Ontario Network of Entrepreneurs. I worked closely with entrepreneurs and provided mentorship and advisory on commercialization strategy, marketing and market validation.As an advisor for early stage startups, I specialize in using the Lean Startup Methodology to help entrepreneurs do idea validation, customer discovery, product market fit, marketing and, initial sales.To date, I have worked with over 300 startups from all across Ontario as well the Silicon Valley area. Prior to joining RIC Centre, I was the Marketing Manager for a Life Sciences startup, and member of the commercialization team for BufferBox which got acquired by Google.I hold a Master of Business, Entrepreneurship, and Technology degree from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
