JuvPro is the latest case management system that Travis County is creating. It consumes the legacy Caseworker 5 and enhances functionality. This case management system serves all staff members of the TCJPD including judges, parole officers, doctors etc. I was brought in to lead the existing business analysis team and introduce agile practices to the TCJPD IT team.OnBase is a document management system that will serve the TCJPD staff for all their documentation needs. Along with standard DMS functionality, this tool also caters to department specific needs of Role based access control and data loss prevention. I lead the project implementation.Implemented an IT Service Management (ITSM) documentation framework that clearly outlines organizational processes, enabling users to troubleshoot common issues independently before escalating to IT support. This initiative enhanced self-service capabilities, improved process transparency, and ensured users had a clear understanding of who to contact for issue resolution, ultimately streamlining IT operations and reducing service desk workload.The IT team at TCJPD is a well-knit small group of highly technical, multitalented individuals who cater to basic support for the department to developing new tools for the department needs.
