As part of the T&E Global Product Engineering leadership team, I drive collaboration within our Trauma Business Unit and build cross-functional relationships with Manufacturing and other divisional stakeholders to advance critical projects in Product Supply Support.My role combines technical expertise, people leadership, and program coordination, allowing me to solve complex design-related supply issues, lead impactful projects, and mentor top talent. Moreover, I’m committed to fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging while advancing innovation to achieve business goals.I lead a skilled and talented team of engineers across several Stryker Trauma sites. We work together to solve complex design and supply challenges, both in our own manufacturing facilities and with external partners.I also coordinate and streamline collaboration between manufacturing and various departments (Quality, Biocompatibility, Regulatory, R&D, and Testing) to ensure seamless execution of product supply projects for the Trauma business unit. Together, we support product supply for multiple Trauma business units across different locations.Our Trauma locations are: • Selzach, Switzerland• Freiburg, Germany• Schönkirchen, Germany• Mahwah, USA• Skawina, Poland• Cestas, France : I lead a transformative AI-Automation Program that leverages technologies like CoPilot for Microsoft 365, CoPilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI/ML solutions to optimize processes in R&D, Product Life Cycle Management, Engineering Sevices, Packaging, and Project Management.
