About Ehsan Irajizad
I am Assistant Professor in the Department of Biostatistics at University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. My research concentration is on 1) the application of machine learning approaches and artificial intelligence to large data matrices to identify and establish biomarkers for early detection and risk assessment of cancer, and 2) the development of novel methodologies and algorithms that can be applied to mass spectrometry data to discover novel features, improve detection accuracy and reduce false discovery rate.
