I’m a Senior UX Manager who builds and scales design organizations that drive product clarity, usability, and business impact.At ActiveProspect, I joined as the company’s sole designer when the team was under 20 employees. Since then, I’ve led the evolution of UX from an individual function into a dedicated, high-impact discipline, establishing processes, growing the team, and embedding design into product strategy.Today, I lead UX across multiple product portfolios, managing and mentoring a team of designers while defining the long-term experience vision across our platform. I’ve implemented a scalable design system with standardized components and usability patterns, improving consistency and accelerating development across products.I work closely with Engineering to unify disparate front-end stacks into a single PrimeVue-based architecture, aligning design systems with reusable code components to drive scalability and efficiency. I also explore and implement AI-driven workflows (e.g, Cursor, Figma MCP, agentic tooling) to accelerate design iteration, prototyping, and developer handoff.My approach blends systems thinking, product strategy, and hands-on design leadership.
