Leads complex projects including audits, safety studies, and the design of programs for clients facing significant performance challenges. Oversees incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action strategies while coaching leaders and teams to enhance organizational capacity for sustained performance. Partners with clients to address technical safety issues in areas such as process safety, construction safety, and behavioral safety, while supporting business growth through strong client relationships and new opportunities. Provides mentorship to technical teams, ensuring project delivery meets scope, budget, and schedule expectations.
