About Elliot Heath

I\'m a junior at Columbia University currently planning to double major in English and philosophy with a minor in film studies. I\'m hoping to gain experience working in media, film, politics, and related industries. As a native New Yorker, I\'m passionate about a range of humanities-based subjects, including journalism, literature, political theory, linguistics, and urban studies, as well as their practical applications to our world. I have a wide set of experience in writing, student journalism, and video/multimedia production. I\'ve also worked in a variety of settings that have helped provide me with a more comprehensive view of the city where I grew up and attend school. In the future, I\'d love to expand on these skills and develop new ones through spearheading different projects that explore media, art, and society, as well as prompt meaningful conversations among peers, co-workers, and the broader community.
