The development will feature three towers, including a 65-storey skyscraper reaching 217 meters, alongside two shorter towers of 20 and 34 storeys, which will house a hotel and additional residential units.The £485 million project, named Consort Place, will include 634 apartments, a 231-room four-star hotel, a health centre, an educational facility, and the restoration of the historic North Pole public house.• 2 Trafalgar Way - Canary Wharf – London (£295m)2 Trafalgar Way is set to be the largest Passivhaus student accommodation scheme in Europe.Three buildings of 46, 36 and 28 storeys will contain student bedrooms, residential units proposed for university staff and their families, retail and the re-provision of a McDonald’s Drive-Thru restaurant.• Sackville Road – Hove (£280m) 800 new homes to the city of Hove, including 564 build-to-rent and 260 community care homes, as well as public gardens and a main boulevard leading to a large public square, office accommodation, workspaces, shops and cafes• Preston Road – Brighton (£90m)The redevelopment consists of 229 apartments spread over three towers blocks with a communal work space on the ground floor and landscaped areas surrounding the buildings
