ABOUT EHAB HASSAN
I constantly update my knowledge with cutting-edge technology in code-developing, algorithms, and code optimization to develop new computational and statistical learning frameworks for space and fusion plasma physics, and compiling new courses for graduate and undergraduate students. My research focuses on studying plasma turbulence and transports using mathematical models and computer simulation in complex systems, such as the heliosphere, ionosphere, and fusion reactors.My teaching philosophy is to reconnect the new generations of students to the universe by taking them on a reverse journey from the technologies they have in hand to their roots in the nature around them. This shows them the beauty of science and technology, and to be prepared to play a crucial role as teachers, scientists, researchers, engineers, policymakers, or investors who understand the world around them.
