Innovation enabled me to focus on problem-solving with a fresh set of eyes and leverage what is working well for the company.As a business consultant, I have spent the last twenty years of my career as a change agent for change management, either establishing new Global Business Units (Latin America, Pacific and Asia Pacific) business (breaking new grounds) or revamping existing business units in different parts of the world. For example, in my Last job at Johnson Controls, I have been revamping the shared services team that was established to originally support a $130M business to now support a $2.8B business unit.Energy, Water and Sustainability have been the common theme throughout my career. I am passionate about Sustainability enabled me to focus on problem-solving with a fresh set of eyes and leverage technology to solve some of my client’s most urgent environmental issues. Over the past three years, I have heavily invested in the digital transformation by collecting data to enable me to continue to enhance Clients’ operation. Leveraging the developing digital connectivity, Cloud base solutions, data farming, and engine learning and data analytics is what I believe will complete a true sustainability offering. I also established and deployed KPIs tools (Live Dashboards) to show the impact on the business and report up to gain further support for broader business enhancements and drive change management and continuous improvement.I am a team player and management style are transformational, which creates an atmosphere of cooperation and collaboration, and I have a proven ability to see the big picture and develop a plan of action to achieve organizational goals. I enjoy leading by example and am a dedicated team player. In addition to my professional experience, I received a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kuwait University.
