Rasa is a conversational AI framework that empowers enterprise teams to build controlled and reliable AI chatbots. My key responsibilities:1. Scope ownership: Own end-to-end discovery and delivery of core AI platform workflows used by enterprise teams to build, test, and run conversational systems in production.2. Operational impact: Designed debugging and observability tooling that made agentic behavior explainable (logic, memory, prompts), reducing failed deployments and support escalations.3. Design vision: Shape Rasa’s multi-year platform direction by defining shared mental models across product lines, not just individual features.4. Risk reduction: Introduced design QA and validation practices that caught UX and logic failures before release, lowering post-launch churn and rework.5. Org leverage: Created 3 complete onboarding and tutorial tracks adopted by customers, sales, and customer success, accelerating adoption of complex features.6. People impact: Organize hiring of product designers and support hiring of PMs, contributing to team scale and product maturity.7. Systems leadership: Build the next generation of design system for a new Rasa product. Partnered with engineers to create a frontend/design handover layer that scaled implementation quality.
