As a working practice lead, I am also responsible for delivering safety and risk consultation to clients; positioning UL EHS Advisory Services as not only market leader but a trusted adviser in an organization\'s transition from a reactive, lagging indicator approach to a proactive, leading indicator-based risk and safety program that successfully utilizes technology to achieve “world class” results. Consulting engagement capabilities in the disciplines of human error, culture transformation, risk management, safety and health programs development, audits/inspections, safety management system analysis, industrial hygiene, ergonomics. Clientele ranges from Fortune 50 companies to start-ups.Assist clients with developing robust training matrices that fulfill regulatory compliance requirements.
