I lead AI engineering at Avanade’s Center of Excellence, shaping how AI projects move from idea to real products and client delivery. I work directly with clients to define AI strategy, design custom solutions, and turn innovation into production-ready systems. I stay hands-on with agentic AI architectures, AI search systems, and machine learning and then making them real through operationalization in production environments.My path started in research with a PhD at the intersection of statistics and engineering, followed by years of applied machine learning. That training still anchors my work: clear hypotheses, strong evaluation, and an obsession with measurable impact.Today, I bring strategy and engineering together by packaging solutions into repeatable patterns that reduce cost and streamline operations for leading global and Fortune 500 clients. I mentor teams, share AI best practices, and build playbooks and assets so delivery moves fast. I also enjoy building and contributing to AI communities - from leading Avanade\'s internal AI CoP to sharing knowledge externally through local and global AI communities.
