Qualified Italian Lawyer - Credit Risk AVP - Documentation specialist. Manage the Credit Documentation process for Italy, United Kingdom, EMEA, in partnership with other locations. Compliance advisory. Experience in dealing with Client Credit Documents - credit analysis, drafting simple and bespoke documents: credit facility agreements, cross pledge agreements, SBLC, Counter-SBLC, First Demand Bank Guarantee, OTC Derivatives Master Agreements (Cross Currency Swap), Life Insurance Assignment of Receivables, performing legal and financial due diligence, etc. Experience with international KYC/regulatory requirements. Liaise with client’s key stakeholders in Italy and UK: Lending Advisors, Bankers, Investors, SBL, etc. Regularly partner with and provide support for Credit Risk Executive, Compliance (MiFID, D.Lgs. 231/2001 - AML, Anti-Bribery), internal and external Legal, Quality Control, Treasury, etc. to effectively meet clients expectations and ensure the highest level of performance. Responsible for Projects across different locations: e.g. successfully managed the revamping of the Italian templates (from 150 c.a. to 3) and the tech automation of the Italian templates: Credit Facilities Agreements with XCEPTOR, etc.
