Member of SINERGIE Management Committee from 2014 to 2019.In 1996 EM became co-owner of Studio Tecnico Associato Mercadante, a firm operating in loss adjusting sectors since the 60s.At present she is the legal representative of Mercadante & Partners Srl, a company established in 2016 for managing recurrent claims, loss adjusting and consultancy services on behalf of the main Italian and international insurance companies.Enrolled in the Order of Engineers of Palermo with No. 5356, EM attended numerous CINEAS training courses, including the “Expert Loss Adjusters” master. In 2016 she was appointed by CERSA as Senior adjuster, pursuant to ISO 17024:2012.Senior partner of AIPAI, founding member and president of W.I.N. in 2017, EM lives in Palermo and carries out main working activity in southern Italy and abroad.
