Contracted to be a \'closer\' on several open projects, including but not limited to: standardizing hiring practices/systems, website updating and research for platform transition, telephone system migration, coexistence project moving to \"Justice at Work PA\" to avoid confusion with another organization, running two position searches, etc. I also helped resuscitate the Board through SharePoint site development and maintenance, Board Packet protocols, interim ED evaluation creation, writing bylaw proposals, designing Board nomination processes and materials, ensuring bylaw alignment, and other pressing matters.
