Essential skills and attributes include high technical proficiency, the ability to articulate technology and product positioning, effective communication with C-Level Executives and advanced technical personnel, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful solution delivery. This role is integral to the sales effort, providing the technical credibility and creativity needed for designing effective solutions.

Since I moved to the United States in 1996 I matured extensive experience in various fields including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management, Consulting, and Sales. During my professional career I have been both an individual contributor and a team leader. Before moving into management, I spent over ten years in the field acquiring hands-on experience in computer and networking technologies.As the long career with my current employers shows, I demonstrated the ability to progressively cover new and more challenging roles.
