I am the Puget Sound Business Journal\'s restaurant and retail reporter. In my role, I focus on business trends and commercial real estate.I graduated from the Missouri School of Journalism in May 2025 with a bachelor\'s in Journalism and an honors certificate.My reporting experience spans Washington, Missouri, Florida, Washington, D.C, and Beijing. My work has been published by the Puget Sound Business Journal, Investigate Midwest, Yahoo News, The Washingtonian, the St. Louis Business Journal, and others. I’ve covered a wide range of topics—including the meatpacking industry, state politics, real estate, and sports.In the past few years, I’ve specialized in investigative reporting and research. Through roles with the Watchdog Writers Group and the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP), I’ve conducted data-driven investigations with national and international impact.In 2023, I was named Missouri Journalist of the Year by the Missouri College Media Association. A year later, I became the first undergraduate in Missouri School of Journalism history to receive the White House Correspondents’ Association Scholarship.
