I\'m a designer who loves to improve products and systems through deep understanding of our user. What drives and delights people? What turns them off? Sometimes it\'s not as obvious as it seems. As a high school teacher for 10+ years, I designed engaging and accessible experiences by digging deeper and leveraging that my teenage \"users\" aren\'t driven merely by the shallow things the mainstream stereotypes them to be motivated by.
