Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects Experience with Design-to-Cost (DTC) activities, manufacturing processes and techniques, ability to provide cost and schedule estimates for the development projects and manage program cost, schedule and both programmatic and technical risks. Managed to schedule design review meeting for design and development and series production programs such as: Internal design reviews (IDR), Preliminary Design reviews (PDR), Critical design reviews (CDR), Detail design reviews (DDR), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) etc. Managed to meet schedule commitments on assigned programs while satisfying internal and external customers. Ability to work with teams to meet expectations of internal and external customers. Goal oriented in meeting performance, schedule and budget requirements. Lead a group of engineers who contribute to the building of structures or products, schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering, manage project team resources, training and develop extensive project management experience and expertise, inter-discipline coordination and overall quality control of the work.
