   Planned, designed, implemented, troubleshot and operated a worldwide network of ground stations that successfully tracked the Virgin Orbit L1 (LauncherOne) rocket on its first successful orbital mission in January 2021 Responsible for RF telemetry decisions and implementation from end to end Did RF link budget analysis for VO L1 rocket Involved in trajectory design by providing feedback to Guidance and Navigation team Selected 2nd stage rocket transmitter antennas with a trade study Selected tracking and receiver technology for ground stations Selected RF telemetry data format Wrote software that successfully tracked the VO L1 rocket (using LabVIEW) Wrote software that successfully received and parsed telemetry data from VO L1 rocket (using LabVIEW) Planned and implemented RF hardware and ground station testing in preparation for launch campaign. Planned, led, and operated ground stations during the launch campaign that led to the first successful VO L1 orbital mission. Coordinated and incorporated to launch campaign a group of external ground station partners around the world
