Commercial and technical responsible for assigned Seat Component and ensures communication and coordination of activities with all functions as a commercial and technical project leader. • Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering, design and test problems related to Seat Components. • Prepares cost benefit analysis for the localization of Seat Components to responsible region and prepares a five year business plan (investment and cost) • Controls expenditures including project hours, internal and external costs, investment, and travel within limitations of project budget on assigned internal projects. • Responsible for Change Management tracking and implementation including initiating engineering change notice for cost collection, releasing engineering change, and realizing engineering change package. • Lead project development according to PDP process, in time, cost, quality target.
