I welcome change in a work environment and as a result, I am often asking questions on how we can keep evolving our processes within the business and industry - with my 14 years sales experience & 4 years in Learning & Development, I am proud to be a part of Pareto to implement this with our clients. My approach to work is detailed yet individualised. I work towards an overall goal of ensuring that colleagues have access to resources and support that will increase their professional growth within their business. Additionally I aim to create a link for them to find their purpose at work, improving productivity & success. With a proven consultative approach I have always fully immersed myself into my industry to become a specialist in the area known for my reputation and passion. Outside of my time with Pareto, I fill my time with a such a mix of activities.
