As Senior Product Manager, I co-authored the UNDP Digital Standards shaping how UNDP designs and delivers digital products.My first two years were at CDO (Chief Digital Office) working in the Studio team helping other units within UNDP and other UN agencies develop digital products for both internal use and for projects. I also took part trainings for product management and user-centered design in UNDP offices in Turkey, Afghanistan, Colombia, El Salvador, Mexico, and Italy, helping to train local product team to build better products, faster. Transitioning into the Corporate Performance Unit, I now oversee the design and implementation of the Performance App (\"The Mother Of All Dashboards\") which is a performance tracking systems to enhance operational effectiveness. I work closely with leadership and numerous global teams to define, monitor, and optimise key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
