Eeshita is experienced in leadership roles in both creative and strategic, from start-up e-bussiness to non-profit organisations.Eeshita Azad is a creative industry expert and an arts management consultant with a career spanning over 15 years with lived experiences of working in the third sector of London, New York and Dhaka. She has worked for BBC world media, British Council, Asia Foundation. She has launched and managed major project that was first of it\'s kind in her post as Head of Arts for Bangladesh, British Council. For example: Disability Arts with Graeae Theatre Company or launching a graphic Exhibition that saw a successful last iteration at RichMIx, London. She has worked with leading creative personalities like dancer Akram Khan, Poets Inua Ellams, Ross Sutherlands, writer Phillip Hensher, graphic novelist Karrie Fransman to name a few. Her last post abroad in Bangladesh was as Director, Bengal Group Limited and Managing Director for Bengal Creative Hub, an online networking platform for creative professionals.Currently she is the Executive Director of British Bilingual Poetry Collective, a Community Interest Company based in East London and she is a fellow of Arts Fundraising and Philanthropy (NPO).
