Hi, I’m Eeshika and here’s a little about me: I used to be someone who liked planning everything in life.Then engineering happened — completely out of plan. And interestingly, it turned out to be one of the best things that could have happened.Somewhere along the way, I stopped trying to plan life too rigidly and learned to go with the flow.The irony?Today, I work as a Demand Planner at ITC.Before this, I explored different industries through internships across the public sector, corporates, and startups — including NITI Aayog, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, Maruti Suzuki, and Technip Energies. Each experience helped me understand how different systems operate and where I enjoy solving problems the most.Outside work, I enjoy writing about growth, work culture, and the Gen-Z perspective at the workplace.If there’s one thing this journey has taught me, it’s that sometimes it’s worth trying different things before finding your calling, rather than sticking to one path and assuming that’s the right one.Still curious.
