About Eepsa Bansal
As a recent LL.M. graduate in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws from NALSAR University of Law (in collaboration with IICA), I have interest in commercial disputes, restructuring, and the intricate world of sector-specific insolvency, particularly within aviation and infrastructure. My dissertation on airline insolvency explored the legal-financial complexities faced by lessors and lenders, including the evolving interface between Indian insolvency law and international frameworks. Through internships at Aekom Legal, Trilegal, Special Situation Advisors, and Moneytor, I gained hands-on experience with CIRPs, distressed M&A, and both debtor, creditor-side advisory work under the IBC, steering NPL sale platforms, and managing complex financial transactions in prominent Banks. I’m now looking to build my practice by contributing to litigation, insolvency, or arbitration teams that handle commercial matters.
