About Erin Omalley

During my nearly two decades in health care advocacy, I have progressively grown in responsibilities and leadership roles. I am currently enjoying a senior position as a collaborative thought leader with the courage and conviction to develop, advance, and defend innovative ideas and strategies.I am proud of my strong track record of advocacy and management achievements – securing $15 billion in COVID-19 relief for safety net hospitals, expanding and retaining highly-productive teams, conceptualizing policy platforms that have become law, to name a few highlights.My passion for life-long learning allows me to leverage and build upon the skills in my toolkit, including: complex decision making, motivating teams, critical thinking, strategic planning, public speaking, coalition development, and policy analysis. As an avid reader, I have an ever-growing pile of books that have yet to be read. I try to finish a couple of books a month – one a week when I am feeling ambitious. When not working or reading, you can find me engaged in one of my other passions like cooking, baking, or volunteering with a local animal rescue.
