About Eelhard Meneses
Mr. Meneses’ experience includes water and wastewater treatment design, conveyance design, permitting, and construction administration. Some of his responsibilities in the water and wastewater sector included expert witness support, design of various plant components, elevated and ground storage tanks, force mains, transmission mains, distribution lines, lift stations, pump stations, intake facilities, chemical injection systems, effluent ponds, and stormwater management systems.
