As Senior Construction Package Manager (Reporting to the Project Director), I lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for the execution of all civil works, trackwork systems, and the step-up substation for the Ontario Line project. My role spans the entire delivery phase—from post-design completion through construction, testing, and commissioning—ensuring technical, safety, schedule, and budget compliance.Key responsibilities include- Supervising and guiding the construction team across multiple technical scopes, ensuring alignment with project milestones and quality standards- Driving coordination across internal departments including Health & Safety, Quality, Environment, PLAA, Procurement, Project Controls, Contracts, Commercial, and HR to maintain operational consistency and interface alignment- Serving as the primary point of contact for cross-functional integration, issue resolution, and execution planning across all assigned disciplines- Ensuring successful transition from design to construction, and from construction to commissioning, with full accountability for performance, risk mitigation, and compliance- Contributing to strategic decision-making with senior leadership, supporting continuous improvement and project-wide delivery excellence.

I am a Dutch civil engineer with over 10 years of experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across six countries, including the Dominican Republic, Panama, the United Kingdom, and Canada. My professional journey has taken me through a variety of complex transit initiatives—from the Santo Domingo Metro Line 2 Extension and Panama Metro Line 2, to London’s Crossrail – Elizabeth Line, one of Europe’s most demanding rail projects.Since relocating to Canada, I’ve supported both the RER OnCorr Expansion during its early planning phases and now serve as Senior Construction Manager on the Ontario Line, one of the country’s most transformative transit undertakings.
